Licensure
Ryanne Tanae Glasper, PT, DPT is licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Arizona, New York, and Virginia and only practices where licensed to do so. To the extent Ryanne Tanae Glasper, PT, DPT is contacted by potential patients/clients seeking physical therapy services in jurisdictions which she is not licensed to practice, Ryanne Tanae Glasper, PT, DPT shall decline to provide physical therapy services. Access to ryannetanae.co from physical locations in jurisdictions in which she is not permitted to practice is inadvertent and unavoidable due to the nature of internet access; any such access is not intended by Ryanne Tanae Glasper, PT, DPT as an advertising effort or an effort to establish a systematic and continuous presence in any jurisdiction in which she is not permitted to practice physical therapy.
Establishment Patient-Provider Relationship + Right to Refuse Service
A patient-provider relationship is established only after the potential patient/client has signed a Consent to Physical Therapy Services form with Ryanne Tanae Glasper, LLC.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity, without the obligation to assign a reason for doing so.
Intellectual Property
When accessing ryannetanae.co, you agree to obey the law and to respect the intellectual property rights of others.
